Brian,
What is the command I should use to run the DB with the gateway?
Is it something I will find on the ASA installation CD?

Thank you.

Igor,

For ASA 5.x it must be 5.0.03 or above and you must run the openserver
gateway (found on the installation CD). Starting with (I believe) 6.0,
ASA natively speaks TDS and the gateway is unecessary. Also you must use
TDS 5.0 as 4.2 does not work with these servers (and obviously 7.0/8.0
doesn't work either).

Jim, a google search has me asking for this to be added to the FAQ in
2001, whaddya say?

Brian (who recently shut down his ASA 5.0.03 database and migrated to
postgres)
