None, sadly.

Here's the relevant code from src/odbc/odbc.c:

case SQL_ATTR_CONCURRENCY:
/* TODO cursors */
if (stmt->attr.concurrency != ui) {
odbc_errs_add(&stmt->errs, "01S02", NULL);
ODBC_RETURN(stmt, SQL_SUCCESS_WITH_INFO);
}
stmt->attr.concurrency = ui;
