Stephen,

The unstated proviso in getting sqsh to talk to MSSQL servers is that
you recompile/link sqsh against the FREETDS libraries.
See the relevant section of the user guide - "how to get what works with
it working"

I have the same, actually worse issue, with bsqldb in that it doesn't
return the rows with column separators and nor can I see how to do it
without writing a perl program.

I'll struggle on with multiple scripts.
