sqsh links dynamically for me, I guess I'd have to look to see if maybe
PHP links statically. I don't think so, but I have no other explaination
at the moment.

I've put together a test program for try out STRINGBIND and NTBSTRINGBIND
behaviour. It tests all combinations of char/nullable char/varchar for
both bind types. So, when all this is done we should at least be able to
verify we have the correct behaviour in all cases.
