Thanks Brian.. one more question to all..

I am atempting to get sybperl up and running on this same box. I am able to
get it
working no sweat using the sybase open client libs..

Using freetds I am getting TONS of undeclared function messages when CTlib.xs
does
it's thing.. such as:

> [root@dev52 sybperl-2.09]# make
> make[1]: Entering directory `/u1/dbms/sybperl-2.09/BCP'
> make[1]: Leaving directory `/u1/dbms/sybperl-2.09/BCP'

There are many, many more of these sorts of messages, until the make finally
dies.
I have triple checked the CONFIG file.. and this is the same freetds
installation
I used successfully to get sqsh up and running.

I am using freetds 0.45 and sybperl 2.10 to attepmt this. Thanks in advance!
