There are three problems I see immediately with your thesis.
1    Not all Christian traditions understand the wine of communion to actually be the blood of Jesus or for that blood to be actually present in the wine (ditto with the bread / body).
2    Luke is usually associated with the Pauline tradition of early Christianity and his book of Acts features the activities of Paul.  Placing such a substantial divide between the teachings of Paul and Acts 15 is problematic.
3    The gospel of John is usually held to be distinct from the Pauline tradition, but John 6:52-58, etc. is quite graphic about eating the flesh and drinking the blood of Jesus.
These points imply that the consumption of the blood of Jesus is an idea which had currency outside the Pauline tradition and that within that tradition little or no conflict between Acts 15 and 1 Cor 11 is in evidence.
