Why are we debating the merits of the Non-Commercial restriction
again? I fear this thread has drifted dreadfully off-course.

It seems like everyone is comfortable with the "including without
limitation" issue as it is (something CC will consider, but not
necessarily the only thing). Was there anything else major that needs
to be resolved? Mia said she wanted to get this out by tomorrow, so
let's try to be as concise, constructive, and efficient as possible so
we can make that happen.

Here are some minor grammatical fixes (in **):

on page 4, clause 4(b), sentence 3:
"If you license the Derivative Work under the terms *of* any of the licenses
mentioned in (i), (ii) or (iii) (the "Applicable License")..."

Perhaps for clarity/style (same sentence):
"...you must comply *both* with the terms of the Applicable License
generally and *with* the following provisions:"

deeper in 4(b):
"(II) You may not offer or impose any terms
on the Derivative Works that restrict the terms of the Applicable License
or the ability of a recipient of the Work to *exercise the* rights granted
under the Applicable License;"

All the best,
Dana
