I was concerned that the following sentence in section 4.a would prevent me from using CC-BY 2.0 images inside a binary application expiring after a period of time ("trialware"):
"You may not distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or publicly digitally perform the Work with any technological measures that control access or use of the Work in a manner inconsistent with the terms of this License Agreement."

On the other end the user can always access the images by pressing the [print screen] key which is maybe why this is not an issue? Any clarification would be great.
