Hi All,

A good number supporters of CCHK have been promoting the coming CC events and they would invite friends via email.  We have prepared standard invitations in both English and Chinese and the images of invitation cards for mass distribution.  The Chinese invitation is written in a formal style, but it is easy to adapt to more casual settings and please adjust it to your own situations.

Also, please give us feedback and suggestions on how we can promote the events and CC better in Hong Kong.

Regards,

Haggen
Dear xxx,

I'm writing to invite you to two very special events that the Journalism and
Media Studies Centre will be hosting on October 24th and 25th to celebrate
the launch of Creative Commons Hong Kong. Creative Commons is a new and more
flexible kind of copyright license which the Centre is helping to bring to
Hong Kong.

Please mark your calendar and join me on Friday, October 24th for a public
lecture by the renowned Internet law professor and founder of Creative
Commons, Lawrence Lessig.

On Saturday October 25th, we will be celebrating the launch of Creative
Commons with a youth-oriented creative festival at the Hong Kong School of
Creativity in Kowloon.

Please see below for details on the two events. I hope to see you then!

Best regards,
xxx
