There are more stats being generated by the CC Monitor research project, but the kinds of data you're interested in are only beginning to be collected.

quantity measure - what about quality
should probably also try to measure relatedness/proximity w.r.t. derivative works 
probably time for CC to arrange 3rd party quesionnaire/survey w.r.t. how the licences are actually used by creators i.e. augment with qualitative research
