Hi Bjorn,

The URL you specified should have redirected to the correct URL, but
there was bug in the rewrite rule that was causing it behave
unexpectedly. I corrected the bug so the old URL should work now.
However, if it's within your power you should update all your URLs
from by-nd-nc to by-nc-nd. If it's outside of your control, then the
URL should at least be redirect properly now.
