Thanks for this, Jane...

Have updated the link there ... in fact, will have to do some kind of overhaul, or additional page as apc.au is being wound up. some projects are going across to http://engagemedia.org/

Cheers,
-ag.

Hi Andrew,

This is a great project. You can note any updates to the project at the CC case study: http://wiki.creativecommons.org/Case_Studies/Association_for_Progressive_Communications_Australia. (Sarahawk Gone is mentioned under the License Usage section.)

Best,
Jane

G'day!

I'd like to introduce you to a new project of mine... well, not so new,
but an ongoing project that draws a number of interests and issues
together.

http://sarawakgone.cc/

Sarawak Gone is an open licensed micro-docs series raising awareness to
the gradual decimation of the indigenous life and culture of Sarawak.

You'll find much of the material here licensed Attribution only. My
rational for this can be found here:

http://sarawakgone.cc/license/

I use the open source script and media development application, Celtx...
all Celtx files, including scripts and stills are available under this
license.

Gradually, as time and resources permits, I will release off-cuts, atmos
tracks, interviews and monologues here.

For now, there's the first series, The Dam, completed... I've just
started cutting the next, The Headman.

All post-production has, and continues to be a mix of in-kind and
voluntary support. I'm making do with "anything", including the
occasional donation.

Sarawak Gone is being completed as part of a 2 year residency I've
undertaken at Dunmoochin, an arts community based foundation in the
Victorian bush well outside of Melbourne, established by the late
Australian artist, Clifton Pugh.

Comments, feedback, recommendations encouraged...

Keen to hear from you...

Cheers,
-ag.
