I don't know about videoCDs, but you can run mpegs on a '486 66 MHz - at
least in DOS you can, so I suspect its possible with BL3. On the other hand,
trying MP3s on a 66 MHz machine is going to be a bit marginal in DOS. I
guess it may depend somewhat on your RAM, too.
