Doesn't the following word pair indicate that distinguishing qamats gadol
and qamats qaton makes a difference?

1. The noun "choch-ma" חכמה = fem singular noun as in 1 Kings 5:9 (4:29 in
English)

2. The verb "cha-chi-ma" חכמה = qatal 3rd fem singular verb as in Zech 9:2.

I don't believe, not even for a moment, that there are "two different" kinds
of qamats.
