The "etymology" of biblical names is a risky affair inasmuch as a name is not a word, and may well be a composition. I, nevertheless, venture to suggest that QNIYZIY is from the root QNZ, a variant of KNS, 'collect', (similar to the present day QNAS, 'monetary fine', possibly influenced by the Latin 'census'), as opposed to PRIYZIY, from the root PRZ, 'disperse', which is a member of the root family
ברד, ברז, ברש
פרד, פרז, פרט, פרס, פרץ, פרש
