Dear Anonymous,

The closest that I can think of is Re'im, which means "friends". The singular form is Rea'. All of the extra vowels in the spelling that you have seem to be an attempt to create the plural from a transliteration of the singular.

.....as a friend of mine has been given a Hebrew name or word and wishes to know the meaning - if there is one - the word is REIAIM.

Does anyone know or have suggestions as to meaning?

Thank you.
