TO ALL LIST MEMBERS:

Beginning next Monday, January 20, 2003, the b-hebrew discussion forum
will no longer be run by the Lyris conferencing software, and is
changing computers.

The new address for b-hebrew is:

<b-hebrew AT lists.ibiblio.org>

ALL CURRENT MEMBERS OF B-HEBREW HAVE BEEN SUBSCRIBED TO THE NEW LIST.

DO NOT POST TO THE NEW ADDRESS UNTIL NEXT MONDAY, JANUARY 20th!!!

7 DAYS UNTIL THE CHANGE...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
You can access your membership account just like you could from Lyris.
Here are the steps you need to take the first time you do this:

1. Point your browser to

<http://lists.ibiblio.org/mailman-2.1/options/b-hebrew/YOUR AT SUBSCRIBED.EMAIL.ADDRESS>

This is the login screen. You must supply a password. But you don't
know your password yet. So...

2. Click on the "Remind" button at the bottom of this page. Your
password will be emailed to your at the address to which you are
subscribed to b-hebrew.

3. When the message arrives, use that password on the login page.

4. After you login, you will be able to change your password and many
other settings that you can control. Don't forget to click on the "Save"
button before you leave that page.

We recommend that every member access their new account so that they can
confirm they are properly subscribed with the settings they prefer.

You can access your account immediately--BUT YOU CANNOT POST MESSAGES YET.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

For this final week you can conduct discussions as usual. Direct any
general questions about this change to the list, and we will respond. If
you have any problems at all with your account, please contact one of
the b-hebrew co-chairs:

George Athas <gathas AT hotkey.net.au
Kirk Lowery <klowery AT wts.edu
Bryan Rocine <brocine AT twcny.rr.com
