To members of several lists:

You may be interested in a site with the Hebrew Bible in unicode (UTF-8):
http://www.anastesontai.com/ (home page in French, or go straight to the
English page, http://www.anastesontai.com/hebreu/anglais.htm). This page
displays correct pointed (though not cantillated) Hebrew text, which
displays correctly at least in MS Internet Explorer 6 on Windows 2000; but
holems do not display properly, because the font is Times New Roman (with
nice traditional letter shapes) rather than the MS supplied font David (not
so traditional in shape, but it works better).

You may also be interested in http://www.bible.gen.nz, the Postmodern
Bible - Amos (hypertext commentary project).
