Dear Pete Ricert,

These days I'm using Living Biblical Hebrew for Everyone, vol. 1 prepared by
Dr.
Randall Buth. This is an excellent course to begin with and specially helps
the
learner to pick the language faster. So far I myself have found this
approach
easier than the traitional approach.

Shalom,

Yousaf.

shalom Pete,

On your Hebrew learning questions,
you will get alot of English answers, like this one, about
English descriptions about Biblical Hebrew.

If you actually want to start to learn it and experience from
the inside, then I suggest getting
LIVING BIBLICAL HEBREW for EVERYONE, vol 1,
(1000 pictures + 3 audio CDs, $65). It's fun and causes one to
start thinking in and with Hebrew. It builds in a different
direction and with different methodologies than traditional
approaches. If you are happy with where traditional
approaches end up. Fine. If not, I would suggest this.

For more information you should email offlist to
