Dear Galia,

Thank you for your interest in my work. I completed my magister artium
degree (close to an American Ph.D) in 1995, and since that time my time has
been consumed by two projects, the book about Bible translation and the
thesis about the Hebrew verbal system (the few articles I have written are
either in Norwegian or are not important for our present subject). Please
look at www.elihubooks.com to get my book. If you give me your mailing
address, I will send you a floppy disk with a copy of my mag.art. thesis
entitled "Imperfect consecutive and the Verbal system of Biblical Hebrew.".
My thoughts have matured quite a lot since I finished the thesis but it
contains much data, and I follow the same general approach in my present
work.

I still have much work to do with my present thesis, and I am not working
on it full-time. I have few final results, but on the way I am happy to
exchange information and views with others. The discussions on this list
have given me much valuable input, not least from those disagreeing with
me. I look forward to seeing the article you will write about the
WAYY-element of WAYYIQTOL, and I would,in the future, like to ask for your
opinion regarding different portions of my research.

Regards

Rolf
