1- In Exodus 6:28, the pointing of BeYOM shows it to be construct.
Other constructs with finite verbs following are Gen.1:1; Lev. 25:48;
Num. 3:1; Deu. 4:15; 1 Sam 25:15; 2 Sam 22:1; Psa. 18:1; 56:10; 102:3;
116:2; Hosea 1:2, and Zech. 8:9.
2- Contrast the above verses with the many times BeYOM is followed not
by a finite verb, but by an infinitive, e.g. Gen.5:1 and about 80 other
times.
3- Also contrast Deu. 27:2; 2 Sam 19:20; Esther 9:1; and Mal. 3:21,
which have an intervening relative pronoun.

Does anyone know of an article that explains the difference in meaning
between 1, 2, and 3 above? Do you have ideas on this topic?
Waltke-O'Connor mention it very briefly, with little explanation (9.6e).
