Here's a recent posting on the TED website of a presentation by Dan Barber,
chef, food scholar and co-owner of Blue Hill Restaurant in New York City and
Blue Hill at Stone Barn in Westchester, NY. They've termed it a parable,
and this story of foie gras is that, indeed. It's 20 minutes long and the
sustainable agriculture message builds throughout. It's worth watching it
from start to finish. Barber is a fascinating, compelling speaker and tells
a good story.
