[NAFEX] hoops for blueberry bird netting

There is a commercial raspberry and blueberry pick your own farm nearby and
they use a tape of bird distress call to ward off unwanted birds. It does
not sound too bad to human ears, more like jungle sounds.
They claims that it works very well.
