[NAFEX] favorite nurseries

I had a poor experience with Millers. They shipped tees with totally
insufficient root systems and then did not replace or even respond. I
contacted them several times. It was quite a while ago (5+) years. I will
not order from them again.

To add an eastern touch: I've been pleased with Miller Nurseries. They are
located in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State and ship nationally.
