[NAFEX] Tissue Culture - anyone tried this yet?

I've done tissue culture, though not at home.  Two personal hazards:  
stiff neck from holding yourself still enough to do the very close 
microscopic dissection, and windburn from the air flow hood needed to 
keep the operating area sterile.
