[NAFEX] Karminj de Sonnaville cracking (was bagging apples byNaomi)

I have noticed cracking on the Karmijn here in Western Washington.  No mention has been made to the Holstein.
Here it is similar to Karmijn but doesn't have the cracking that Karmijn has.  What has your experience been
with Holstein if any?
