[Homestead] Bread oven

Where I live you would only consider building one of these 
outside your home. A lot of the pioneers built their 
kitchens separate from their house. It may have been a 
fire safety issue, but I think mainly it was to keep the 
house cooler (it's always the reverse down here). I have 
often fantasized about having an outdoor kitchen. Pliny 
Fisk built one that was featured in some magazine I read. 
All the kitchen equipment was hooked together like a train 
on wheels that could be moved in and out of the house 
depending on the season. It was really a cool idea.
