[Homestead] Canned Meats

Buy then HARD and set them on a shelf somewhere and they will gradually 
ripen.  NEVER refridgerate and avocado!  The California-type avocado (lumpy 
skin) keeps much longer and has a better flavor than the Florida-type 
(smooth skin).
