Ray, if they aren't effective then you are saying your leader is a liar.  He 
says they are effective.  Y'all need to get together and make up your 
collective minds.

BTW, Ray, he isn't tapping foreign nationals.  He is tapping anyone who 
"they" have decided might be a suspect.  He also admitted that.

Also, a little history reading might help you, Ray.  The reference was to J. 
Edgar Hoover.

And, if you're married, or have a mother or sister available, I think they 
might be able to explain to you the difference between a dress and a 
skirt/kilt.  They aren't synonomous.
