[freetds] FreeTDS with MSSQL 2005 Issue [NC]

Thanks for your help Cedric.

It looks like it was a port issue after all, but not that I had the
incorrect port - it seems the port was being filtered from the network I was
on.

I tried this out on another host which didn't suffer from the same problem,
and it worked.
