[freetds] CS_OPT_TEXTSIZE error

Hi Ramon,

Unfortunately, this is not supported in the current version(s) of
freetds.

The perl code is calling the ct-library function ct_options() with a
parameter CS_OPT_TEXTSIZE.
The ct_options function is still work in progress.

You can achieve the same effect, if desired, by issuing a "SET TEXTSIZE
nnn" SQL command in the usual way.

Subject: [freetds] CS_OPT_TEXTSIZE error

Dear All,

I just started using FreeTDS and I am getting the error below. I can't
find
a way to search the archives of the list so any help about this would be
appreciated.

"Setting of CS_OPT_TEXTSIZE failed. at /opt/csw/lib/perl/csw/DBI.pm line
629,
<PS_PASSWD> line 18."

I'm using FreeTDS 0.63 on Solaris 5.8 and trying to access a MS SQL
Server
v8.
