Freddy,

I'm not using SSL with it, so that is undefined in my setup.  BTW, I 
also upgraded from freetds-0.64.dev.20050209 to 
freetds-0.64.dev.20050215 and have the same behavior, just so I'm 
working off the newest.  The patch you gave me didn't work, per se, bur 
it generated a lot more debugging information.  Do you want this 
additional debugging output?

Worth noting, as soon as I changed my FreeTDS config to indicate my 
data source was version 7.0, it worked without fault.  Is there any 
functionality / speed / reliability difference between using tds 
version 7.0 and 8.0?

I'll try building a version against GNUTLS and will report back.
