[freetds] 0.63 Release Candidate 2

I am having difficulty building 0.63-RC[12] on Solaris. I've pasted the
configure for RC2 and make below (the make dies immediately).

	Do I contradict myself? 
	Very well then I contradict myself,

It seems m4 does get involved.  I'm not sure why; it's not supposed to.
I don't suppose "make clean; make" is any help?  Or maybe just removing
the tree and starting over from "tar -x"?  

If not, then we have to understand what file /usr/local/bin/m4 was
hoping to find, and why it's not there.  :-(
