I don't see how adding a function breaks any compatibility.  Microsoft
added functions; Sybased added functions.  Why can't FreeTDS add
functions?  

It's important that the function be well considered and well designed,
that it not overlap functionality in the standard API.  But that's a
question of goodness, not compatibility.  

I'll add datacopy to 0.64 unless someone convinces me the above argument
is invalid.  And, Bill: Thanks for the contribution.

Cancel processing is mentioned in the TODO, but not this specific patch.
