Confirmed. The freebcp of FreeTDS 0.62.1 does not upload uniqueindentifier data, even NULL uniqueindentifier data. I don't know why, but I will look into it.
Thanks for the problem report. If you're not using the latest release or snapshot, you might want to upgrade. Any patch I come up with will apply to them.
