[freetds] "Dump file append=yes" segfaults (0.61)

I think not.  dump file append is pure debugging stuff, if you're having 
the kind of problem that requires using it, better to move to CVS or if 
you *really* need it on 0.61 to apply the patch.  I might be inclined roll 
it up with some other fixes to a 0.61.1, but i think it is not important 
enough on its own to justify a patch release.  (of course I defer to jim 
these days on matters of releases).
