I'm really a novice when it comes to MS SQL, but does this work for you?
$result = mssql_query("WWWGetInfo 'BnRd','LV'", $connect_id);
If I understand correctly the intended meaning of your query string, this is
how I would do (and have done) the same thing using FreeTDS+perl.
