We have most of this in place, and somewhat dependent on 1.
There has also been a lot of fixes in Jetty 5.1, so hopefully Scarab will run 
in Jetty now.

Agree. This should only be a matter of defining the process. I think I will 
start this this week, as part of the first release.

Well, Steve have actually done most of this already. By specifying a system 
property on the commanline, you will actually build a version tagged release.
What is missing there is; Getting that number from subversion automatically, 
and take care of the current SNAPSHOT stuff.
