[cc-licenses] 4.0 draft ready for public comment

Hi Antoine,
Thanks for your email. Compatibility and interoperability between licenses
is a high priority for CC with v4.0. We hope to progress those discussions
during this first discussion period.
As relates to FAL in particular, we've been working on the compatibility
issues between BY-SA and FAL on and off again over the past few years.
With the first draft of 4.0 now in public comment, we have re-started those
conversations and are in contact with Antoine Moreau to discuss next steps.
Look for more information here and on the FAL discussion lists as we sort
through those issues and look to our respective communities for guidance
and input.
