Bad idea. The present wording is smarter. That way, even if CC becomes
evil and posts a license which doesn't provide reciprocity (or, more
sinisterly, CC is fooled into listing a license, then the other license
steward reneges on the reciprocity promise). With a term in the license
to catch these cases, such errors can be corrected without harm.
