That would seem to be an encouraging wink. ;-)
I was originally strongly opposed to BY-SA/FDL interoperability but the new
Simpler Free Documentation License answers my practical concerns with
invariant
sections, so I now support interoperability between BY-SA and the SFDL
(not the
FDL, which sadly still has invariant sections as of the first draft of the new
version).
NC and ND are more problematic to make interoperable.
