I don't think that a work presented as an app store iPhone app could 
meet BY-SA, as the restrictions that imposes are incompatible with BY-SA.

But if we assume that they are compatible, it means that you can copy 
the work out of the iPhone and share it however you like. Which probably 
means photographing the screen. The work is BY-SA, not the app.
