Below are two questions that I pass on to the cc-community
in the hope of getting a good answer.

A local radio station wants to use music that is available
under a Creative Commons license as the content in their
nightly audio "jukebox" broadcast.

By "jukebox", they refer to a mode of broadcast where there the
studio is unmanned, and audio tracks broadcasted is selected
from a pool stored on a computer systems. The selection may
either be completely random, or "user controlled" through some
sort of (usually web based) voting system. The computer keep
record of what track it plays and is capable of publishing an
up-to-date playlist on the web.

All cc-licenses require works to be credited. CC BY goes on to
say: "the credit required by this Section 4 (b) may be implemented
in any reasonable manner.".

Because of the automated and unmanned nature of the "jukebox",
there will not be a DJ present in the studio during the program
to make voice announcements of the tracks as they are played.
What the station proposes, is to put the playlist for each
broadcast on the web, and on this playlist show title, artist,
composer, CC-license, as well (where possible) provide a link
back to the original. At the start and the end of the program,
there will be recorded voice message that says that all music
in the program is used under a CC commons license, with a
reference to the URL where the play list with credit and links
back to the deeds for the relevant licenses can be found.

The questions we (CC Norway) has been asked, are:

- Is this form of credit sufficient to fulfil the obligation
of the license to credit the Original Author?

- What is the recommended best practice for crediting
individual songs available under a CC license that
are broadcasted in radio program where the main content
  is such songs?
