What if someone claims they're All Rights Reserved?
Anyone can claim anything -- and I don't think that simply having the files
linked (not presently, but at some time in the past) through OpSound is
enough evidence to convince anyone that they were released under PD. OpSound
may not have the best practices for displaying license metadata, but it
doesn't mean it will facilitate malicious interpretations of the terms of
the licenses of the works that were once mentioned on the site.
As Lucas and Tomi said, I don't think you have that much to worry about --
the ill-licensed records no longer exist and you're better off just making
sure you understand how a site may distribute your work in the future.
