Some of the ported licenses have choice of law clauses some don't. The 
German license is an example of one of those that have a choice of law 
clause, the Swedish is an example of one that doesn't.

I would base my choice of license language on what users I would expect. 
If I had created a work in Swedish it would make sense to use the 
Swedish license since my work would be used by Swedes. If the work was 
in English the non-ported license would be a more natural choice, IMHO.
