It's a fine line -- especially if you use the original content to do it.
The CC license would let you go beyond what the "parody" exemption would
allow (also, I'm not sure that all jurisdictions regard parodies as
automatically fair use as much as the US one does).
Besides, even if you're right, that doesn't mean that a corporate
advertiser is going to want to risk it.
