There's a few Wikipedians contributing articles under BY-NC:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Creative_Commons_Attribution-NonCommercial_2.0_License
But you seem to need to multi-license to do so:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Multi-licensing
I don't think WP will accept CC-only work, not even CC-BY-SA, they require that work always be FDL so they can keep derivations within WP.
