We already know that Karl supports a chronology of the ANE that is quite
different than that assumed by most scholars. And Karl has respected the
fact that a debate on chronology is off-topic for this list. So if Karl has
an actual reference to point us to, that's fine. If not - let's please NOT
get into a debate.
