This can't be resolved by examining the text, its a matter of faith. To
those who take the view that the these are human documents then the answer
to your question, for them, is no. To those, such as yourself, who believe
that these are accurate records of God speaking the answer to your question,
for them, is yes. Examining the text, its selection of words, syntax,
grammar, structure, metaphorical use and so on is not going to resolve the
issue.
