Most every Aramaic text can be found in the Comprehensive Aramaic  
Lexicon, http://cal1.cn.huc.edu/. Targum Jonah can be found under  
text browse --> Palestinian Aramaic --> Canonical Jewish Literary  
Aramaic. Scroll down to text 51019 TgJ Jonah.
